1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Nexus Point Consulting ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Nexus Point Consulting provides technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• Cloud architecture design and implementation
• AWS Landing Zone consulting
• Cybersecurity posture management
• AI and data solutions
• Corporate training programs

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Timely payment of invoices according to agreed terms
• Maintaining appropriate access credentials and security measures
• Backing up critical data before any system modifications

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Some projects may require partial payment upfront

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, systems, and business processes encountered during our engagement.

Confidentiality agreements may be executed separately for specific engagements as required.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services directly related to any claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge remain the property of Nexus Point Consulting. Client-specific implementations and configurations remain the property of the client.

Clients retain ownership of their data and business-specific information at all times.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of contract or non-payment.

Upon termination, all work completed will be delivered and final invoices settled.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through professional mediation or arbitration as appropriate.
